You don’t need to be an elite athlete to ride with us, but a bit of fitness prep goes a long way. We recommend:

Ride a few times per week – even 30–60 minutes helps

Mix in climbs and flat rides to build endurance

Strengthen your core and legs with bodyweight exercises

Stretch and recover – flexibility matters on technical terrain
And remember — our tours include plenty of breaks, support vehicles, and encouragement. Ride at your pace.
